Lunch at La Ronda Inn

Santa Fe is also the oldest capital in the US. It’s circular capitol follows the Zia design for the sun. This is the same design on the license plate. By the way, New Mexico is the only state to write USA on its license plate. That’s because too many people think it is part of Mexico. Locals have a collection of stories of visitors thinking they needed passports and mail requiring foreign postage. La Ronda Inn is known for its cuisine and we support that reputation. We all enjoyed the delicious enchiladas and fajitas and salad and vegetables, and the yummy cheesecake.
